- CNC bending is used to create the decorative Stainless Steel L Profile portions. We have a professional team of experts who have extensive knowledge of CNC folding machines. The CNC process bends a metal sheet, which folds the metal with remarkable precision to achieve the desired angle. These sheets are split to the desired sizes before bending. These come in dimensions ranging from 6mm – 100mm and length varies from 8 feet to 10 feet. These are PVD titanium coated, which is a process through which a thin layer is formed on the surface of the profile made from titanium. This coating provides long-lasting protection from normal cleaning, which increases its lifetime and durability. This layer doesn’t fade away and keeps the L-profile’s color intact.
